EAST Renfrewshire Council’s money advice and rights team (MART) is holding drop-in sessions to help residents take control of their finances.
There are many factors that can affect financial well-being, including the post-Christmas period and unexpected expenses, all of which can leave people feeling stressed.
Staff will be on hand at these sessions to provide support and offer advice and assistance with benefits, debts and budgeting.
The sessions will run from 9.30am until 12.30am on Mondays at Barrhead Health Centre and Wednesdays at Eastwood Health Centre.
The first is set for Monday, January 14, with the last one scheduled for Wednesday, March 27.
There will be packs available with useful information on council services as well as free giveaways with tips on how to improve your financial wellbeing.
To find out more or chat to a member of MART about your finances call 0141 577 8420 or email mart@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk.
