A man and woman are being prosecuted for allegedly being in possession of class A drugs at a property in Barrhead.
It’s claimed Kelly Storrie was in possession of heroin at a flat in Kerr Street on December 28 last year.
And it’s alleged Gregor Terry was also in possession of the deadly banned substance at the same property on the same occasion.
The case against Storrie, 39, and Terry, 38, called at Paisley Sheriff Court this week.
Sheriff Moira MacKenzie continued the case against Storrie, of Kerr Street, until next month without plea.
A plea of not guilty was entered on behalf of Terry, of St Mary’s Crescent, Barrhead, and a trial was scheduled for February.
