Police are investigating the theft of a bicycle thought to be worth around £1,000.
The bike was taken from an address in Glen Shee Avenue, Neilston, sometime during the day on Thursday, August 16.
It is believed the thief struck after targeting an unsecured shed in the back garden.
Police are now encouraging local residents to make sure all outbuildings are secure and report any unusual behaviour to officers.
Anyone with information about the bike theft is asked to call police on 101 or pass on information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
