Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at Queenslie Industrial Estate Coltness Street Glasgow

Mixed-use development to include Classes 4, 5 and 6, business, employment and industrial uses, Class 1 retail and trade counter use, Class 3 restaurant/cafe, Class 7 hotels, car showroom/auction use, petrol filling station, hot food takeaway, pub, landscaping, building refurbishment, revisions to access and parking, drainage, associated infrastructure, ancillary works and demolition works.

A public meeting will be held
at Queenslie Marketing Suite, Block 14B Unit 4, Summerlee Street, Queenslie Industrial Estate G33 4JD on Wednesday 12th July at 9am until 9pm

Those willing to make comments on the proposals may do so at the above event and/or in writing to Savills, Planning,163 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2JJ and no later than 26th July 2017.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.
