(A814 DUMBARTON TO ARROCHAR ROAD, ARDARDAN) (TEMPORARY 20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2019

On Monday the 7th October 2019, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle at a speed exceeding 20mph on the length of road specified | in the Schedule below.

The restriction which is required on the grounds of road safety whilst works are being carried out on or near the road will be in operation when indicated by signs, from 0001 hours on the 21st October 2019 until 2359 hours on 10th November 2019 or until the works are complete, whichever is the earliest. SCHEDULE - TEMPORARY 20MPH SPEED

RESTRICTION

That length of the A814 Dumbarton to Arrochar Road at Ardardan, from a point 300 metres or thereby northwest of Brooks Road, Cardross (U43), extending in | a north westerly direction for a distance of 160 metres or thereby.
