(WILLIAMWOOD AND SOUTH GIFFNOCK) (ON-STREET) (WAITING AND LOADING) ORDER 20[**]
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), Section 32 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers the East Renfrewshire Council propose to introduce and / or amend waiting and loading restrictions on the following roads which may include: no waiting and no loading at
any time, no waiting at any time, no loading during prescribed hours, limited waiting during prescribed hours and powers to
temporarily suspend the use of parking bays on the following roads within or near both the Williamwood and South Giffnock areas:
Arran Drive, Ayr Road, Berryhill Drive, Berryhill Road, Broomley Drive, Carrick Crescent, Cathkin Drive, Dalserf Crescent, Davieland Road, Dorian Drive, Drumby Crescent, Eastwoodmains Road, Etive Drive, Fenwick Place, Fenwick Road, Greenhill Avenue, Hathaway Drive, Langtree Avenue, Lothian Drive, Lynton Avenue, Mains Avenue, Maryville Avenue, Maryville Gardens, Milverton Road, Moraine Drive, Norwood Drive, Rockburn Drive, Rouken Glen Road, Seres Court, Seres Drive, Seres Road, Struma Drive, Sutherland drive,Torrington Avenue,Treemain Road.
Full details of the proposals, which will form the "The East Renfrewshire Council (Williamwood and South Giffnock) (On-Street) (Waiting and Loading) Order 20[**]" together with maps and a statement of reasons for proposing to make the Traffic
Regulation Order are available for inspection online on the East Renfrewshire Council website by searching for 'Parking', following the link to the 'Waiting and loading restrictions review' and then the 'Williamwood and South Giffnock' section. Alternatively, paper copies of the drawings can be viewed until 23 August at the Council Offices at Eastwood Park, Giffnock, Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm (except on public or local holidays):
