SANDY MacLean watched his side cruise to the third round of the Emirates Junior Cup.
The Dunterlie boss praised his rampant troops, who fired 11 goals past Bishopmill, and he reckons it was his biggest rout as a manager.
MacLean now hopes they can continue their red-hot scoring form in the league when they meet Irvine Meadow this Saturday.
He said: "I was absolutely delighted. It doesn't do any harm to score a few goals but we did realise there was a gulf in class.
"I think that's my biggest win as a manager. Someone was saying it might be Arthurlie's biggest ever tally as well."
The Lie have had no luck against the Super Premier League champions with Chris Strain's side winning their first meeting 3-1.
The Dunterlie side then crashed out of the West of Scotland Cup to Meadow in agonising fashion last month.
Despite those results, MacLean is confident they can secure their third league victory of the season.
MacLean added: "We have been playing well in the league and on another day we could have won any of the games against Irvine Meadow and Auchinleck.
"It's not ideal playing the same team three times before bonfire night but that's the way the fixtures have worked out.
"The players are still hurting from the West of Scotland Cup match so it will be good to turn it around on Saturday."
Arthurlie's clash against Irvine Meadow kicks off at 2pm on Saturday at Dunterlie.
