ARTHURLIE boss Billy Ogilvie believes his players have got what it takes to survive the relegation play-offs.
Having ended bottom of the pile in the league, some restructuring of the SJFA set-up has handed the Lie a lifeline via a two-legged play-off that will decide their top-flight status.
Ogilvie and his men will face a team from the Super League Division One for a chance to play in the new Premiership, with their opponents yet to be confirmed.
“It is two very important games we are going to
play but we are optimistic we can get the results to stay in the league,” said Ogilvie.
“We just need to keep believing and find some of the form we have shown at times in the season.
“It is an anxious wait to find out who we are playing but, ultimately, we are
optimistic we will be able to get through the tie and stay in the league.
“We will be doing our utmost to do that but have got to go and earn it.”
