GARY Lineker will be in Paisley tomorrow to congratulate the winners of a five-a-side tournament.

The former England, Tottenham and Leicester striker has agreed to take a break from celebrating the Foxes' remarkable Premier League win to hand out medals at the British Airways' Flying Start charity event at the Five on 5 football centre.

The kickabout is aiming to raise funds for Comic Relief and will see eight teams from British Airways Maintenance Glasgow (BAMG) and the hangar's Scottish suppliers take part.

Event organiser David Skeoch, who is a technician at BAMG, said: "Gary is a great supporter of Flying Start and we are delighted that he has agreed to take time out of his busy schedule to come along and present the medals to the teams taking part in the tournament."

BBC presenter Lineker, 55, will also sit down for a question and answer session at the New Sneddon Street venue at 7pm.

David added: "I'm sure there will be plenty of questions for him to field, none more so than about Leicester's amazing achievement in winning the English Premiership at odds of 5,000/1 at the start of the season."
