IT"S time to begin Bonnie Babies 2009 - and we want you to take part!

We've teamed up with Tiny Tots, Braehead Shopping Centre and Barrhead Sports Centre to bring you everyone"s favourite competition.

To enter, simply cut out the entry form printed in The Gazette and Barrhead News from last week's paper (22/4/09 edition) or this week's paper (29/4/09 edition) and bring it along with you on the day.

All children under the age of five (60 months) can take part and more details will be given in the The Gazette and Barrhead News in the coming weeks.

Our photographer will be at Braehead Shopping Centre this week to take a professional portrait of your child, which will then appear in the paper.

Tiny Tots will be taking photographs from 10am until 4pm at the lift area in the centre Braehead Shopping Centre (near to the food court) on: Wednesday April 29; Thursday April 30; Friday May 1; Saturday May 2; and Sunday May 3.

All you have to do is hand in the coupon printed in the newspaper and your child"s portrait will than be taken.

You will also have the chance to buy the portraits.

There will also be a supply of newspapers with the photographers if you can't get your hands on a copy before going along.

Your child's picture will then appear in the The Gazette and Barrhead News, meaning you and other readers can vote for your favourite tot using our special vouchers.

One winner will be selected in each of the three categories.

Those three winners will be determined by which child gets the highest number of votes in their category and there are great prizes on offer including a portrait of your child worth £250!

Please refer to The Gazette and Barrhead News for more details in the coming weeks on the competition.

Photocopies not accepted and the same child can only enter once.

Editor's decision is final.
