£100,000 drugs raid haul

A MAJOR cannabis factory containing £100,000 worth of illegal plants has been busted by police in Barrhead.

Officers raided an industrial unit in Lochlibo Road on Thursday evening at around 6pm.

The property is thought to have contained over 100 plants and a three-day police operation saw officers finally clear the cannabis factory on Saturday evening.
