A SEARCH has been launched to help trace a missing 16-year-old who has links to the Giffnock area.
Lealand English from Dalry, North Ayrshire, was last seen around 10.30pm on Thursday, September 7.
The teen is described as being white, 5ft 10in tall, and of stocky build with short brown hair.
He was last known to be wearing a black zipped top, black jogging bottoms, black trainers, and was also wearing a cream-coloured cap with green writing on the front.
The youngster is believed to have links with Glasgow and Giffnock.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland Ayrshire said: “Anyone with information can call 101, quoting reference 4699 of September 7.”
