A TEENAGE boy was taken to hospital following a disturbance on a rural road in Newton Mearns.
At around 7.30pm on Saturday, April 13, police were called to Waterfoot Road, after a 15-year-old was injured.
It is understood that the teen was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow to be treated for his injuries and has since been released.
A police spokesman confirmed the incident and added: “Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to contact police via 101, quoting incident number 4032 of Saturday, April 13 2019."
