FAR-right activist Tommy Robinson has targeted a Glasgow MP outside his surgery.
Police were called and officers escorted Stewart McDonald, Glasgow South SNP MP, from Pollokshaws Library with Robinson outside.
The activist, who was jailed last year for contempt of court for revealing details of a trial, said he was waiting to challenge Mr McDonald with questions claiming he lied in the House of Commons about him.

As Mr McDonald left the library with a police escort, Robinson asked: “Why won’t you answer two simple questions?”
When Mr McDonald ignored him and walked to a waiting police car, Robinson shouted: “You are a loathsome, obnoxious, repugnant individual.”
While waiting outside, he asked police officers if they would rather be “out catching burglars” instead of guarding a library, as he repeatedly called Mr McDonald a “coward”.
Before the MP came out, Robinson was told by a police officer he would be obstructing him if he followed him and filmed a conversation with a colleague.
He said: “He’s in there hiding under a desk. He’ll probably come out wearing a burka.
“I’m not here to commit a crime. There’s no danger to him, he knows that.”

During the incident, he was greeted by several people asking for a picture with him.
Robinson filmed himself as he waited outside for his social media channel.
Mr McDonald was not able to be contacted for comment.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman told the Evening Times: “At around 10.05am, officers were asked to assist at Pollokshaws Library in Shawbridge Street.
“Officers attended, however, there were no issues on police arrival and general assistance was provided.”
