Crooks target vans in early morning spree
A POLICE investigation is underway after two vans were broken into while they were parked in Uplawmoor.
Officers received a report that vehicles in Neilston Road and Mure Park were targeted during the early hours of Wednesday, January 2.
Various items, including a number of tools, were stolen.
Police have now urged residents, especially tradespeople, not to leave items of value in vehicles overnight.
Anyone who has information about the Uplawmoor thefts should call officers on 101.
