Employees across Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire could collect an early Christmas present from HMRC.
Workers, including nurses and those in retail, may be able to claim rebates, as staff in these sorts of roles sometimes have to dip into their own pockets to pay for car mileage and maintaining branded uniforms.
If they are paid through PAYE, they may be able to get some of that money back.
Workers should visit www.gov.uk/tax-relief-for-employees to check if they can claim.
