Families who are keen to improve their lifestyle and ‘live better’ are being sought for a new television series.
Producers at KEO Films are making a show for BBC One called 100 Ways to Live Better, in which participants will be offered help to dramatically improve their diet, lifestyle and mental wellbeing.
A spokesperson for KEO Films said: “We are currently looking for people who are keen to get healthier but struggle to find ways that work.
“If this sounds like you, get in touch and find out how we might be able to help you.
“More specifically, we are looking for families who are stressed with a lack of sleep, have teenage kids who are constantly on social media or who are living separate lives.”
Anyone who would like to take part in the programme should send an email to 100ways@keofilms.com.
