The Festival of Colour returns to Rouken Glen Park for its fifth year on Saturday, July 28.
Bright, colourful powder is thrown at the event to cover everyone in the different colours of the rainbow and celebrate diversity.
The festival aims to create a vibrant atmosphere which reinforces the idea differences in social or economic status should not be a barrier in today’s society.
Councillor Paul O’Kane, convener for education and equalities, said: “The Festival of Colour promotes positive relations in the area, encouraging personal experiences and ideas to be shared.”
It will run from 1pm until 4pm.
