A FOOTBALL club which hopes to keep kids off the streets will launch on Friday nights in Barrhead.
Starting this Friday Cowan Park will play host to the Friday Football Club, run by Barrhead YFC alongside East Renfrewshire Culture and Leisure.
The aim of the sessions, which begin this week at 6:30pm, is to give children something to do on Fridays.
A fun club arranged for Friday afternoons kicked off with some football at the new 3G Facility at Cowan Park. Children from Barrhead High along with Active schools and co-ordinators From Barrhead YFC.
