Talented musicians are being offered the chance to become ‘underground’ sensations.

Transport bosses want to hear from bands and artists who would like to play live in some of Glasgow’s busiest Subway stations during the summer.

Hilary Kidd, marketing manager for transport organisation SPT, said: “This is a really amazing opportunity for any young singer or band out there who just wants to have their music heard and talent spotted.”

To apply, go online at www.capital.fm.

Judges will choose 16 buskers to play live in Glasgow’s Subway stations from June 21 to 23, each of whom will receive £50, with one being chosen to play an acoustic set at TRNSMT.
