Pupils are back in classrooms as normal
ALL East Renfrewshire schools are open as usual despite the region's snow status being upgraded overnight.
The local authority has said it will monitor the situation throughout the course of the day.
East Renfrewshire Council (ERC) wrote on Facebook: "So far this morning all ERC schools are open.
"We will continue to keep the situation under review as the morning progresses and will provide further updates on our social media channels and website."
