Here’s your chance to see the second and final batch of entries in our fantastic Pet Idol competition!

Proud pet owners across the area have sent in pictures of their perfect pets and today we’re featuring the remaining entrants who are competing to be crowned our 2017 Pet Idol and win the £300 cash prize.

And the winner will be decided by you, our readers!

You’ll find a voting token on the inside back page, so make sure you get voting now.

Our first round of voting will last until August 14, 2017. Remember, you can enclose multiple tokens in one envelope to save on postage!

We’ll then count the votes to whittle down the entries to our top 50, which we’ll publish on August 16.

You’ll then have until August 28 to get your votes in to keep your favourite furry friend in the running as we’ll then cut it down to our top 25, which we’ll publish on August 30.

Keep voting until September 11 to ensure your top choice makes it into the top 10, which we’ll publish on September 13.

You’ll then have until September 25 to vote for your winner and we’ll announce our 2017 Pet Idol shortly after this.
