A MAN who lost the rag with his wife has avoided punishment for keeping himself out of trouble.
Last Thursday, Thomas Morrison admitted repeatedly shouting and swearing at his partner at an address in Alva's Greenhead on September 12 last year.
The 38-year-old also pleaded guilty to forcefully closing and damaging a door, as well as acting in an aggressive manner whilst in possession of a knife during the same incident.
Defending, Claire McCarron told Alloa Sheriff Court that her client had taken steps to address his alcohol issues.
Morrison, of Stirling Street in Alva, was said to have engaged with Signpost Recovery and had been of good behaviour since his outburst.
Sheriff James Macdonald thereafter admonished the accused.
