A CHARITY is seeking help from those who have experienced difficulties involving mental health.
Recovery Across Mental Health (RAMH) wants Barrhead residents to use their past experiences to help others going through similarly tough times.
RAMH is appealing to anyone who has been on a difficult journey of their own to provide support to others facing similar challenges.
A free information evening will be held at Auchenback Resource Centre from 4.30-6.30pm on Thursday, April 20.
The event will run from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.
