Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Central Quay, Glasgow G3 8BL. Planning Permission in Principle for a Mixed Use Development comprising of 500 Residential Units with Retail Units at Ground Floor, 570,000 sq ft of Class 4 Office Space, and 90,000 sq ft of Class 6 Storage Space, with access, parking, landscaping, and associated site works at Anderston Quay, Glasgow.
