Regulation 7(2) - Notice of Pre-Application Consultation Public Event Urban Union Ltd give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for the following proposed development: Land between Shawholm Crescent and Shawbridge Street, Pollokshaws (Known as 'Shawbridge TRA') Erection of residential development with access, car parking, open space, SuDS, landscaping and associated works Further information on the proposed development will be available at a public exhibition being held as follows: Tuesday 12 September 2017 (12pm – 8pm) at Pollokshaws Burgh Hall, 2025 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow, G43 1NE Any persons wishing to make comments relating to the proposal or wishing to obtain further information may do so by contacting: Barton Willmore (Agent) colin.lavety@bartonwillmore.co.uk or 0131 220 7777 or by post to Barton Willmore, 68-70 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2LR Comments should be submitted to the prospective applicant at the address above by 26 September 2017. If/when the planning application is submitted there will be a further opportunity to make formal representations on these applications to Glasgow City Council during the statutory notification period.
